UNDER ARMOUR PERFORMANCE EYEWEAR Athlete Hunter Mahan Dominates at WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship

March 2012 – Plainview, New York – As part of a new collaboration with the PGA, recent Accenture Match Play winner, Hunter Mahan will work in conjunction with Under Armour’s premiere eyewear partner, Eyeking, on the development of a new signature series of sunglasses.

In the past week, Mahan defeated some of the biggest names in golf, perennial Ryder Cup players, major champions: McIlroy, Matt Kuchar, Steve Stricker, Zach Johnson, Y.E. Yang. Equipped with his new Signature Series sunglass, UA Drive, he carded 35 birdies in 96 holes (six matches). He will move to a career-best ninth in the Official World Golf Ranking

Official Licensee of UNDER ARMOUR PERFORMANCE EYEWEAR to Provide State-of-the-Art Sunglasses to US National Team Coaches

USA Football announced today that Eyeking, LLC, the Plainview, N.Y.-based sunglass industry leader and official licensee of Under Armour® Performance Eyewear, is the official sunglasses provider for U.S. National Team football coaches. U.S. national teams in America’s favorite sport are assembled and managed by USA Football, the sport’s national governing body in the United States.

USA Football is the only national governing body of sport to possess a partnership with Eyeking. USA Football also is the official youth football development partner of the NFL, the NFL Players Association, all 32 NFL teams and the NCAA’s Atlantic Coast Conference. U.S. National Team alumni include LSU safety and Heisman Trophy finalist Tyrann Mathieu (2010), Michigan State linebacker CHRIS NORMAN (2009), Texas wide receiver JAXON SHIPLEY (2011) and Virginia Tech running back David Wilson (2009).

Watermans Paddle for Humanity Adds Two Stops to National Series

March 2, 2012 – The Watermans Paddle for Humanity is building on four years of success by expanding to five events in 2012. The award winning series will feature multiple events on both coasts with stops in California, Florida, Washington D.C. and Texas – bringing coastal and inland paddling communities together for a good cause.

The success of the three-stop 2011 series and increasing demand for quality events has bolstered the Paddle for Humanities growth and united the paddling community. What was once a single grass roots event on the sands of Dana Point has grown into a five stop series that has connected paddlers with people in need in all parts of the world. In 2011 the Paddle for Humanity was recognized by the paddling community and awarded the SUP Magazine “Philanthropic Event of the Year” at the first annual SUP awards. The award highlighted the continuing efforts of the series and its founders, its reach in the paddling community and its professionalism in the execution of the events.

“[The Paddle for Humanity] has always been about creating an event that channels the positive energy of the paddling community towards a good cause.
